Privacy Policy
Names of participants will be sent to the Educational Kinesiology Foundation for registration. We will not share or sell any of the information gathered to third parties. The information gathered is used to contact you and for registration purposes only. We expect no falsification of data on your part.
Official Registration
Registration is official once payment has been received. In the event a payment does not go through or payment is not received, registration will not be validated. The following policies apply to participants who have been officially registered:
Receipts for Payment
Receipts are issued online at the time of payment. Participants may print a copy for their records. A printable confirmation with the amount paid is also sent by email to the participant. An administrative charge of $15.00 will be required for additional copies of receipts.
Cancellation Refund Policy
$40.00 administrative charge per person. As of April 17, 2012, no reimbursement. We will however, offer credit toward future CNDI events taken by May 20, 2013. Cancellations must be made in writing to joan
